New housing development consisting of the following: Construction of 7 no. detached dwelling houses serviced by individual proprietary treatment units and polishing filters, alterations to roadside boundary wall to create new development entrance, construction of estate roadway, footpaths, clear span bridge to traverse existing stream, provision for a 5m undisturbed buffer to both sides of existing stream, storm water sewer system and attenuation pond, public lighting, public open space, pedestrian access to Ballinora National School grounds through existing gate, new boundary walls, hedges and landscaping together with all other ancillary site works. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted as part of this application.
