Permission for retention and permission for completion of replacement dwellinghouse (original dwelling demolished), alterations to the existing vehicular entrance (the original stone walls and gates to be reinstated upon completion of the dwelling), alterations to the ground levels of the curtilage of the dwelling house and for permission for all landscaping and site development works.
