Permission for the following works to existing two storey dwelling: 1) Demolish existing porch, rear extension and side out-building, 2) Construct new two storey domestic extension to side of dwelling, 3) Internal and external alterations to existing dwelling to include roof windows, 4) Link bridge to rear for first floor access, 5) New sewerage system to replace existing and 6) All associated works.
