Permission for retention of the existing detached domestic garage structure constructed to the rear of property together with Permission for: a) new entrance porch extension to the north elevation of dwelling house, b) replacement of 3 no. gable dormer windows to the north and south elevations with flat roof dormer windows, c) new flat roof dormer window to north elevation, d) replacement of pitched roof to sun room structure with new flat roof structure incorporating alterations to window and door openings of sun room, e) alterations to bay window structure and window openings at ground floor level to the south elevation together with all associated alterations and site works.
