Permission is sought for demolition of an existing derelict 2 storey building at 30 Manor Street, Stoneybatter, Dublin 7, and construction of new guesthouse with cafe facilities by MTLB Limited. The development will consist of a new 3 storey building providing 16 no. guest bedrooms with new external gallery access and ground floor cafe (total internal floor area 445sqm) and includes new landscaping works to the front, rear and side (Shea's Lane) and all associated site works as well as the retention of 2no existing red brick chimney stacks above new roof level.
