a) Refurbish and reconfigure existing 3 no. tennis courts and croquet/tennis grassed lawn, to provide 5 no. all weather courts, with full ITF Class 1 Professional Court Sports Lighting and associated ground works and fencing, b) Construct 1 No. ITF approved mini tennis court including practice wall with associated Court Sports Lighting and associated walls/fencing, c) Develop single storey extension to existing club house, d) Develop new single storey building to contain kitchenette area in area of existing storage building, e) Construct new equipment storage sheds to east and west of site, f) Construct a new maintenance storage shed to west of site, g) Construct stairs to access upper courts with raised viewing area along the southern site boundary, h) Repair and strengthen existing retaining wall along the northern site boundary, i) Construct general fencing and general site security fencing, j) Construct a sloped access from existing carpark to new entrance with new pedestrian gates, k) Develop landscaping and all ancillary site and other works.
