The Construction of a light industrial/warehouse building with associated parking/circulation areas and all ancillary site development works including the provision of an ESB substation and the relocation of an existing on-site water tank within the site. The proposed development is a change of plan from the light industrial/warehouse building permitted by Cork County Council Planning Reference 24/658. Access to the proposed development will be via the existing entrance and internal road network of the Bantry Business Park.
