Permission for modifications and extension to the existing dwelling house, namely; A) The removal of all existing extensions (mix of single - storey and two-storey - totalling 248.46 SQ.M. / 2674.40 SQ.FT. floor space) to the sides and rear of the existing dwelling. B) The construction of a new extension (two- storey with single storey projection - totalling 214.84 SQ.M. / 2312.52 SQ.FT.) to the rear of the existing dwelling. C) The decommissioning and removal of the existing septic tank and associated percolation area. D) The installation of a new wastewater treatment system and associated polishing filter, and E) all ancillary works.
