PERMISSION sought to (A) Construct new entrance porch to side of existing dwelling (Northeast elevation) to include the removal of first floor gable window on said elevation and to install new rooflight to rear roof of dwelling (Northwest elevation). (B) Change of use of ground floor of existing domestic garage to self contained living accommodation use ancillary to main dwelling and for family use only to include new door/window fenestration to front elevation (Southeast elevation), construct new external stairs to rear elevation of existing garge to access first floor loft storage area with new door to access same (Northwest elevation) (c) PERMISSION FOR RETENTION of lean-to shed/log store structure to side of existing garage (Northeast elevation).
