Permission for demolition of existing single storey extension to the north-eastern elevation and existing porch to south-eastern elevation of existing dwelling house, along with demolition of old pump house. Permission for alterations, elevational changes and construction of extension to existing dwelling house, to include; i) increased ridge height, ii) addition of roof lights to north-western elevation and dormer windows to south-eastern elevation, iii) construction of extension to north-eastern and north-western elevations of existing dwelling house, decommissioning of existing septic tank and installation of new waste water treatment system, new entrance, together with all other ancillary site works.
