Permission for Retention for (a) An existing single storey sun room attached to the south western elevation of the dwelling house, (b) a first floor dormer type window on the south western elevation, (c) an existing vehicular entrance previously permitted under planning reference 08/8679 on the north eastern boundary, (d) an existing septic tank and percolation area located to the rear of the property and (e) various elevational alterations to the existing dwelling house. Permission is also sought for revisions to the existing site boundaries from the previously permitted planning permission references 08/6542 & 08/8679.
