The development will consist of (1) The demolition of the existing derelict store to the rear yard of the An Post retail post office & the construction of new mail sorting room to the rear of the An Post retail post office (2) The construction of an access loading ramp between the proposed mail sorting room and the redundant phone exchange building which is a Protected structure (RefRPS 1523 Church) and all associated site works
