Permission for retention for the following, a) Insertion of window at ground floor level of Northern gable of house, b) construction of sun room extension to the rear of the house, c) application of external insulation and render to the external facades of the house, d) modification of entrance wall and provision of additional hard standing to front of house, e) installation of a roof light to rear elevation of roof along with all associated site works.
