Permission for the following works to existing dwelling house:-(A) Demolition of existing front porch and for construction of new front porch in-lieu of same. (B) Demolition of attached lean-to storage shed and for construction of new lean-to canopy in-lieu of same. (C) For change of use and alterations to adjacent outhouse to dwelling and for use as part of dwelling with new single storey extension link between same. (D) For alterations and fenestration changes to windows of existing dwelling. (E) For upgrade to existing sewage treatment system and for all associated site works
