a) Permission for proposed alterations to a previously approved permission (Pl.Reg.No. 23/5790) to include redesign of proposed part single, part two storey extensions to the rear and sides of existing dwelling (Protected Structure RPS No. 00570) and all associated site works. The proposed works will result in a reduction of approx. 130sqm in total floor area from the previously approved planning permission. b) Permission for Retention for the removal of the single storey lean to extension to the rear of the main house.
