PROTECTED STRUCTURE. The development consists of works to 108 fire doors across all floors of the Main Hospital Building, Outpatient Department and Photographic Imaging Department. These works comprise: upgrading of fire-rating to 44 no. historic doors; replacement of 33 no. non-historic doors in historic openings; replacement of 19 no. non-historic doors in non-historic partitions; insertion of 12 no. new fire doors in new fire-rated compartment walls and all associated works including access control, hold-open devices and making good of finishes including architraves, wall and floor finishes.
