Permission is sought to lower the entrance walls and road boundary walls and permission sought to retain; 1) garage as constructed, 2) alterations to dwelling house as permitted under planning ref; 04/8279 to include alterations to elevations, extension to first floor living space and conversion of attic into a living space, 3) altered location of site entrance, 4) altered location of advanced domestic waste water treatment system and polishing filter and 5) all associated site works.
