Permission for the following works to existing dwelling house: - (A) Demolition of existing front porch and for construction of new front porch in-lieu of same. (B) Demolition of existing rear extension and for construction of two storey extension in-lieu of same. (C) For alterations and fenestration changes to windows and doors of dwelling. (D) For reconfiguration and alterations to roofs to include the raising of height of same. (E) For upgrade to existing sewage treatment system and for all associated site works.
