Permission to: a) Demolish existing porch to the front (south-western) elevation of the existing dwelling house, b) Demolish existing storage building to the side (south-eastern) elevation of the existing dwelling, c) Alter the front (south-western) elevation of the existing dwelling house including removing door and replacing this with a window of similar size and also extending the size of an existing window which will be changed to include a new door, d) Construction of two new dormer windows on the front (south-western) elevation of the existing dwelling house, e) Construction of a new pitched roof over the existing rear single storey area (north-eastern) of the existing dwelling house including raising the ridge height of this area, f) Construction of a new extension to the side (south-eastern) elevation of the existing dwelling house, g) Construction of a new vehicular entrance.
