Permission for demolition of all existing school buildings at Holy Well National School and construction of a new 3-storey primary school building which includes 32 classrooms, a Special Education Needs (SEN) Unit, GP Rooms, SET Rooms, administration, and ancillary spaces. Site development work will include reconfigured internal access roads, paths, car parking and set down areas, a new ESB substation, bin store, bicycle shelters, plant areas, external ball courts, play areas, fencing, gates and landscaping.
