the proposed development, on circa 0.81ha of land, zoned for development purposes within the Limerick Development Plan 2022 - 2028, that seeks the construction of: (i) 18 no. residential units and all ancillary site development works. The proposal is accompanied by An Appropriate Assessment Screening Report under the Habitats Directive (92/43/EEC) and an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Screening Report under the ElA Directive 2014/52/EU. Once the process of public consultation has been completed, Limerick City & County Council will then proceed to complete the screening processes as mandated by Articles 81A (5)(a) and (6)(a) of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001
