Permission for the refurbishment and extension of my existing 2-storey cottage. This proposed development will include the following: (1) demolition of an existing single-storey adjoining outbuilding at the rear of the existing cottage. (2) Construction of a new two-storey extension to the original dwelling, including a two-storey link structure between the proposed extension and the existing cottage (3) New openings and alterations to existing facades (4) A new vehicular site entrance (5) All associated site ancillary works.
