Permission for the following works:- (A) For demolition of existing derelict dwelling and for construction of replacement dwelling in lieu of same. (B) For decommissioning of existing sewerage system and for installation of a new waste water treatment system to serve said dwelling. (C) For upgrade of existing entrance and sight-lines at the junction with L-8741-0 to serve said dwelling and farm. (D) For all associated site works
