Permission for the construction of single storey extensions to the side and rear of the existing single storey dwelling including alterations to the fenestration of the existing dwelling, change of use of existing domestic garage to residential use as part of the extension & renovation of the existing dwelling, & the provision of a new percolation area to the existing septic tank.
