Permission for the restoration of existing derelict building, including construction of a single-storey, sloped roof extension to the side with front-facing window and new chimney, construction of a first floor flat roof extension over the existing derelict dwelling to create a two-storey dwelling, with new fenestration to front and rear at first floor level, provision of a new front gate for vehicular access and a new driveway, connection to ESB grid and other ancillary services, including installation of a new waste water treatment system.
