Construction of 3 indoor paddle courts, within an aluminum framed building covered with white PVC fabric material along with three external decorative flag poles to the front facade of the proposed paddle court building. Permission is also sought for a single storey clubhouse consisting of male and female changing rooms, cafe with external patio area, drive through shop and a new car park consisting of 29 car parking spaces along with new splayed natural stone entrance gate with a pedestrian access gate from the main footpath along with associated external lighting and landscaping and to install a waste water treatment system and drainage system for the aforementioned development and all associated site works.
