Permission for amendments to previously granted planning permission (planning reference no. 22/6627) consisting of a change to part of the permitted site layout as per the following: A) The omission of apartment block no. 4 and house numbers 198 & 199 and their replacement with 4 no. Maisonette apartment units and 7 no. 3 & 4 bedroom housing units. B) The omission of house no.' s 185 - 192 inclusive and their replacement by a 3-storey apartment block containing 15 apartment units. C) Minor modifications to the site layout for 19 no. houses, no.' s 171 to 184 and no.' s 193 to 197 inclusive. D) The provision of a retaining landscape structure to the eastern boundary. E) The provision of a subterranean water attenuation tank. F) Minor alterations to permitted roadways and services infrastructure, and G) To carry out all associated site development works.
