Permission of Retention for changes to development granted under planning reg. no. 14/4546. The works for which retention is sought includes (a) Change to plans and elevations to those permitted (b) Change of use and layout of permitted garage to a home office including the construction of a link corridor connecting the home office to the main dwelling (c) All associated site works as constructed and (d) retention of a shed as constructed.
