The development will consist of the following principle elements: 1. removal of existing rear ground floor glass conservatory, 2. single storey extensions of gym to front and living accommodation at rear, 3. addition of study over garage to front at first floor level, 4. removal of existing roof, alteration of roof profile and provision of second floor accommodation of lounge, media room and roof terrace to the front, 5. modifications of internal layout and exterior elevations, 6. reconfiguration of existing separate pedestrian and vehicular entrances to a combined pedestrian and vehicular entrance and the installation of sliding gates.
