Permission for the construction of a new single storey utilities building and associated site works at the existing facility at Tullagreen, Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork, T45KD29. The proposed development is for modifications to an establishment to which the Major Accidents Directive applies. The establishment holds an Industrial Emissions licence that is regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Under the proposed development the site will remain in compliance with all the regulatory requirements under existing licence condition.
