Permission for the retention and completion of 2 no. dwellinghouses (change of plan to part of development permitted under ABP-307414-20) at Nos. 19 and 20 Fairway Avenue, Old Course, Spaglen, Mallow, Co. Cork. The development consists of (a) retention of modifications to floor levels (FFLs) as constructed, and (b) permission for the completion of two dwelling houses and all associated site development works. The dwellings were previously identified as house no.s 113 and 114 under ABP-307414-20.
