House Type B detached dwelling (two storey); 2 no. House Type C dwellings (part two and a half storey/ part single storey) each with 1 no. proposed detached single storey domestic garage; 1 no. House Type D detached dwelling (part two storey/ part single storey) with 1 no. proposed detached single storey domestic garage; provision of a communal play area to serve the proposed development; construction of a proposed waste-water pumping station & associated works to service the development. Planning permission is also sought for the demolition of 1 no. existing detached single storey domestic garage, the relocation of 1 no. existing detached single storey domestic garage, and the construction of 1 no. new detached single storey domestic garage (both proposed domestic garages associated with applicant’s existing dwelling).
