Permission for the construction of single storey extensions to the side & rear of the existing single storey dwelling including alterations to the fenestration of the existing dwelling, including removal of existing front porch, change of use of existing domestic garage to residential use as part of the extension & renovation of the existing dwelling, & the provision of a new percolation area to the existing septic tank. Retention planning permission is also sought for the existing attached domestic garage & the existing single storey out buildings to the side of the existing dwelling house which are incidental to the use & enjoyment of the existing dwelling. Permission is also sought for alterations to the elevations of the outbuildings.
