Permission for the following works in relation to existing dwelling house: 1) Retention of the conversion of the original domestic garage to a utility room incl WC which includes the replacement of the flat roof with a pitched roof structure incl all alterations to elevations on the eastern end of the dwelling. 2) Permission to construct a new sunroom extension to the front (southern elevation) of the dwelling, 3) All Associated site works.
