Permission for the change of use of an existing public house with ancillary 1st floor accommodation and an ancillary storage building to 9 no. residential apartments over three floors. Demolition in part of an existing rear single floor annex and storage shed. Construction of the following: a) a rear single storey extension, b) a two storey extension to replace the storage shed, c) elevational alterations to the front and rear of the existing building to include additional windows and doors, d) internal modifications to include the provision of a central staircase and alterations to the existing intermediate floors, e) construction of a detached two storey dwelling to the rear of the subject property accessed from Church Street, f) all associated site works.
