Permission for 1) the construction of 3 storey mixed use development consisting of one ground floor unit for office use, and 5 no. residential units (consisting of 3 no. two bedroom duplex units and 2 no. one bedroom apartments), 2) the construction of an associated single storey secure bicycle parking store with combined bin storage area, 3) including all associated site works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning authority with the application.
