(1) the retention planning of existing offices and existing workshop extension, (2) the demolition of workshop extension, (3) the construction of a new workshop extension with ancillary storage space and (4) all associated site works. The extension will be used for mild steel fabrication and the storage of raw materials. A Natura Impact Statement has been submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.
