The refurbishment and extension of my existing 2-storey cottage. This proposed development will include the following: (1) demolition of an existing single-storey adjoining outbuilding at the rear of the existing cottage. (2) construction of a new two-storey extension to the original dwelling, including a two-storey link structure between the proposed extension and the existing cottage (3) new openings and alterations to existing façades (4) a new vehicular site entrance (5) all associated site ancillary works.
