The construction of a two-storey facility upgrade to the side of the existing manufacturing facility and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development will consist of the demolition of part of the existing building and the construction of a two-storey facility upgrade comprising of a new product development area with ancillary staff facilities at ground floor and a new staff canteen and ancillary spaces at first floor level. The development also comprises of internal alterations to facilitate integration with the existing building, the provision of roof top plant, relocation of outdoor seating area, landscaping and all associated site development works.
