The development will comprise: I. Demolition of the existing 2 storey extension to the rear of the dwelling; II. Construction of a part single-storey and part two-storey flat-roof extension to the rear and east side of the dwelling, incorporating roof lights; III. Reconfiguration of the pitched roof; IV. Provision of a new bay window at ground floor level to the front elevation, together with the construction of a new porch structure enclosing the bay window and the main entrance door; V. Landscaping, boundary treatments and all work necessary to facilitate the development.
