Permission for the following: a) Change of use of existing 3 storey Health Centre to 3 no. apartments with 1 no. 2 bed apartment at each floor level, b) demolition of existing single storey building ancillary to existing Health Centre with an attached store at the rear, c) construction of a 3 storey extension at rear for stairwell to serve the upper floors, d) alterations to elevations and provision of balconies along with all associated site works.
