Abbey Building Contractors Limited intend to apply for planning permission on lands located at the junction of Irwin Court and Irwin Street, Kilmainham, Dublin 8. The proposed residential development will consist of the construction of a 5-storey apartment block comprising 27 no. apartments (13 no. 1-bed units and 14 no. 2-bed units) with balconies to all elevations; store room, bin store, bike store (comprising a total of 58 spaces) at ground level; plant room at first floor level; and communal open space in the form of roof terraces at fourth floor level and roof levels; along with all associated site development and infrastructural works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
