Permission for the construction of a single storey utilities building, 1 no. buffer tank, a 2m high retaining wall to the north, south and west of the proposed development and associated site works at the existing facility. The proposed development is for modifications to an establishment to which the Major Accidents Directive applies. The establishment holds an Industrial Emissions licence that is regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Under the proposed development the site will remain in compliance with all the regulatory requirements under existing licence condition.
