Permission for the following development to their dwelling house namely; to construct new single storey extension at south facing side and rear, new single storey extension at north facing side and rear, new single storey porch at front, change in window configuration at front (east facing) with window cills lowered, new window at ground floor at south facing gable, new patio at front garden, existing front driveway to be altered and extended, and all associated site works including decommissioning of existing septic tank and removal from site and installation of new treatment unit and percolation area. Permission for retention is also sought for existing ope formed at front east facing elevation to accommodate new patio sliding door in lieu of 2 no. original windows.
