The development consists of (a) retention planning permission to retain a domestic shed as constructed, (b) permission to demolish an extension to the rear of the dwelling house and permission to construct a two storey extension to the rear of the dwelling house, (c) permission for the installation of 3 roof lights at the rear of the existing house, and (d) permission for all associated works to facilitate the proposed development.
