RETENTION PERMISSION, PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Dublin City Council-Retention permission is sought by Wonder Bay Limited (in receivership) for a development at 6/7 St. Stephens Green, Dublin 2, a Protected Structure. The development will consist of the retention of change of use of 144 sq. m of the first floor from its authorised use as retail to office use. The area is currently in use as offices in association with the approved office use on the second and third floors. Retention permission is also sought for a bike store of 71. 2 sq. m at rear ground floor level accessed from Annes Lane to the rear.
