Permission for the following works to existing dwelling house: - (A) Demolition of existing entrance porch/utility and for construction of new two storey extension in-lieu of same to north and west elevations. (B) For elevational changes and alterations to existing dwelling. (C) For replacement to existing sewage treatment system and for all associated site works
