PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Conbak Properties Ltd. intend to apply for permission for development at basement and part-ground floor level only of No. 66 Summerhill, Dublin 1 (A Protected Structure). The development comprises the following: A) The removal of all unauthorised development works at basement and part-ground floor level. B) The change of use from commercial (licensed premises) to residential at basement and part-ground floor level; C) The provision of 1 no. 2-bedroom apartment at basement and part-ground floor level of c. 130.17 sqm; D) The proposal also includes all site development, and specified internal and external refurbishment and restoration works necessary to facilitate the proposed conversion of the property at basement and part-ground floor level.
