Permission for refurbishment, alteration & extension to existing dwelling including raising the existing roof height, new layout and refurbishment and change of use of an adjacent ruin to extended living space of the dwelling including link extension. Permission for a detached car port, existing entrance sight line/ boundary wall improvements and associated site works. Permission for retention is also sought for demolished conservatory (previously attached to house), Domestic Waste Water Treatment System (DWWTS) and a mobile home (for the duration to complete the proposed works to the existing dwelling).
