Permission for Retention for changes to development granted under Pl.Reg.No. 14/4546. Namely:- a) minor extension to the dwelling house including the link corridor connecting the home office to the dwelling house, b) minor internal layout changes to the dwelling house, c) change of use of the permitted garage to a home office including change of layout of same, d) minor fenestration changes to the permitted dwelling house and garage elevations, e) all associated site works as constructed and f) retention of a shed as constructed.
